In 1998, Rawlins Cross was the hit of the show at the Smoky Hill River Festival in Salina, Kansas, so they were invited back in 1999. The Festival has a rule of not having an act three times in a row, so Rawlins Cross was not hired for 2000. By 2001, the band had gone into semi-retirement. These photos were on the Oakdale Stage — the main stage.
